How we handle project enquiries and optional website measurement.
Optional measurement
With your permission, Google Analytics measures page visits, contact clicks and successfully saved project briefs. Google Ads can measure whether an advertising click leads to a saved brief. We do not send your name, email address or project message to these measurement tools. Personalized advertising is disabled.
Cookie choices
Optional Google tags load after you allow analytics or ad measurement. Accept or reject optional cookies in the notice, or choose each purpose separately in Settings. Your choice is kept in this browser for six months. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change it; withdrawing permission reloads the page to stop the previous tags. Blocking optional cookies does not prevent sending a project brief. Google explains its processing at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Campaign details with your brief
If you permit measurement, campaign labels from the link you followed can be kept for this browser session and attached to your brief. Advertising click identifiers are included only with ad-measurement permission. This helps us understand which channel brought an enquiry. Campaign details are stored with the enquiry in our CMS.
What you send
The project form asks for your name, email, service choice and message. If you provide a company name, budget or timeline, those details are included with your inquiry.
How we use it
Springvanta uses the details you submit to respond to your inquiry and discuss the project. The form asks for your agreement before sending these details.
Storage and email
An accepted inquiry is saved in Springvanta's content management system. A notification email may include your original message so the inquiry can be reviewed and answered. Email notifications use Resend.
Request information
The submission can record your browser's user-agent, the page address you came from, the submission time and your agreement. Request information is also used to limit abusive submissions.
